Alina Stephenson and Angel Stephenson paced the Falcons with 21 points and eight points respectively, helping the Falcons inch ahead of the Govs for the fourth seed in the East standings.
Kalani led 29-13 at the break and 48-23 after three quarters.
The Falcons hit five threes compared to just one for Govs and just 6 of 13 free throws, but the home team struggled as well, knocking down just 11 of 23.
Jennessey Tomas-Faumui had 13 points to lead the way for Farrington in the loss.
