Saint Louis kept its state tournament aspirations alive with a 42-30 win over Kamehameha in the second round of ILH Division I-Open play.

Kekahi Graham threw for 376 yards and two scores and Keola Apduhan added two more on the ground, as the Crusaders jumped out to a 21-0 lead in the first quarter to set the tone for the game.

Kamehameha rallied in the second half, outscoring Saint Louis 16-7 in the final quarter, but ultimately could not scale the deficit.

The quest for a seventh straight league title and a berth into states will entail the Crusaders defeating the Buffanblu on Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. back at Farrington, then doing at again a week later.
