Ng keeps No. 1 Kamehameha rolling in win over Iolani

It was the Kordel Ng show Friday night at Kekuhaupio Gymnasium.

Top-ranked Kamehameha rode a 24-point performance from Ng to handle visiting Iolani 65-53 in the Warriors' penultimate game of the regular season.

The Warriors (11-0 ILH D1) led by just one after the first quarter, but pulled away in the second quarter thanks to 15 first-half points by Ng that allowed Kamehameha to take a 32-15 lead at the half.

Paliku Kamaka was also solid for Kamehameha with 11 points on three triples.

Andrew Dawson and Tyler Morita scored 12 and 11 points respectively to lead the Raiders (0-12 league) in the loss.
