A balanced scoring attack and team defense helped host Leilehua dispatch Kalani, 57-30 Friday night in the first round of the Oahu Interscholastic Association Division I playoffs at Richard Townsend Court.

Four players finished in double figures to help the Mules, the OIA West's third seed, advance to face East second seed Kaiser Saturday night.

Tianna Hanohano flirted with a triple-double and had 14 points, seven rebounds and six steals while Shaylee Todani was a solid distributor with 12 points and seven assists. Center Tywanna Abbott had 11 points and six boards and Kaylen Kamelamela chipped in 10 points off the bench.

Logan Luke led the Falcons with 10 points and six rebounds.
