HALAWA — And the streak goes on.
Joey Iosefa rushed for 150 yards on a school-record 37 carries and scored a pair of touchdowns, but it wasn't enough as San Diego State rallied to a 28-21 overtime win over Hawaii Saturday night.
The Rainbow Warriors (0-10, 0-7 Mountain West) held leads of 7-0, 14-7 and 21-14, but allowed the game's final 14 points by the Aztecs (6-4, 5-1).
Sean Schroeder threw for 194 yards and two touchdowns — one each to Iosefa and Harold Moleni — and was intercepted once. Brenden Daley led the defensive effort with 11 tackles.
San Diego State racked up 499 yards of total offense, including 234 rushing yards. Adam Muema carried 24 times for 163 yards and scored the go-ahead 2-yard touchdown run in overtime. Quinn Kaehler passed for 265 yards and a touchdown to Colin Lockett, who finished with four grabs for 106 yards. Josh Gavert recorded a team-high 11 tackles with an interception for the Aztecs.
