Kalakaua Basketball will be hosting a clinic at Kamehameha Schools Kapālama from August 1-3, at Kekuhaupi'o Gymnasium, for boys and girls, grades 3-12. The cost of the clinic will be $100 per participant, with all receiving a camp t-shirt and ball.
 
Legendary Kalakaua coaches Dennis Agena and Mike Taylor will serve as the lead instructors for the clinic, with boys basketball coaches from KS Kapālama assisting. Kenny Patton, of Power Hour Training, will also be there for athletic speed and agility training.
 
The clinic will run from 6 – 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1 for all ages. It will then split on Saturday, Aug. 2, and Sunday, Aug. 3, with grades 3-7 going from 9 a.m. – noon, and grades 8-12 going from 1 – 5 p.m.
