Punahou School to host football clinic for youth, July 19-20


Punahou School will host its annual Varsity Football Clinic for students in grades 2-8 on Friday and Saturday, July 19 and 20, 2013, at Alexander Field on the school campus. The clinic, featuring Kenny Patton of Patton Sports Performance and Punahou's varsity football coaches, will offer comprehensive training for all positions.

The clinic begins Friday, July 19, with check in at 2 p.m. and training from 3–6 p.m. Saturday’s clinic will be divided into two sessions, with younger students training in the morning and older ones training in the afternoon. Students in grades 2–5 will check in at 8 a.m. and train from 9 a.m.–12 noon. Students in grades 6 – 8 will check in at 12 noon and train from 1–4 p.m. No prior experience is necessary.

Cost to attend is $100 per student. Registration is open until June 30, 2013, with forms available at www.punahou.edu/clinics. For more information, contact the Punahou Athletics Office at (808) 944-5816.
