Aiea wrecks Radford, 40-0

Aiea celebrated homecoming with its biggest win of the season, a 40-0 drubbing over Radford Friday night.

Na Alii recorded six interceptions and two pick-6s to pick up their second straight win and improve to 3-4 and 3-3 in the Oahu Interscholastic Association Division I-Blue standings.

Radford, who moved up to Division I after winning the 2015 Division II state title, dropped to 0-7 and 0-6 and has been eliminated from playoff contention. The Rams have yet to score an offensive touchdown this year.

Aiea's Kame Kim Choy-Keb-Ah Lo scored three total touchdowns to lead Na Alii. The 6-foot-3 senior caught five passes for 125 yards and two scores, and scored on a 35-yard interception return for the first points of the game. He also kicked two PATs in the win.

Bronson Nekemoto was responsible for Aiea's other pick-6, scoring on a 40-yard return to give Na Alii a 20-0 lead at the half.

Gage Asing led Aiea defensively with six tackles, one sack, two interceptions, one forced fumble and a pass breakup.

Michael Pritchard had two sacks to lead the Rams in the loss.
